Can't wait ! All the quarterfinals matches should be really good !
|
The machine will win this season for sure . Because he is INnoVation
|
There is no duplicated matchup. How awesome is that? We have PvT, TvZ, PvP and TvT. Only missing PvZ and ZvZ but we only have four so this is as good as it gets.
|
I truly really hope SoS crushes herO with some proxy strategies.. !

Crushing or not I'm not sure but proxy is sOs's speciality in PvP. I would be surprised if it doesn't happen.

It's Ryung's time to shine. Let him ride TvT all the way to a championship. (Pls be in form, TY...)
Uhh, hopefully Liquipedia's brackets are right, and the awkward order of the matches is just to accommodate another event or something..

Uhh, hopefully Liquipedia's brackets are right, and the awkward order of the matches is just to accommodate another event or something.. The bracket is correct despite the order the matches are played in.

why are there so much hype on Ryung's TvT ? Who else did he defeat besides ByuN ? (that game ByuN played poorly)

Almost no Zergs in ro8- nothing to watch :-(

Here are their all-time winrates for SC2:
Ryung: 58.21% TvT Maru: 65.57% TvT INnoVation: 68.48% TvT TY: 71.05% TvT
So yeah you'd probably need to find something other than stats to get the point across.

forgg is the true tvt god anyways

He may be a monster, but he's in the quarterfinals with a machine, a prince, and a sun. All of whom also happen to be much larger monsters.

Maru, maybe. But you can't measure INnoVation and TY's stats evenly, considering they've been in the SC2 scene for FAR less time than Ryung has, so many less games to pull from.
If Maru beats Ryung, I'll eat my words, but assuming he meets all Terrans, I'm calling Ryung being the champion this season.

The game difference has a lot more to do with avoiding online tournaments as KeSPA players.
And he also has the lowest TvT winrate out of them in Legacy of the Void which would be a lot more relevant than how they did in HotS or WoL.

Since the patch Ryung is 14-19 (42,5%) against korean terran, he is 0-4 against Inno since the patch and 5-14 ever. Inno is 49-20 (71%) Maru is 25-12 (65,5%) TY is 7-7 (50%)
Inno has this GSL
