In the WCS Circuit only Koreans who are living outside of Korea with a proper visa are allowed to play. Right now that's only TRUE, since Polt retired. Not sure what Violet is up to though, he should be allowed to play as well.

Now I see there a tournaments with lower level players and artificial area limitations...its not really a top level tournament? No entertaining matches either. Lol just watch Korean sc2 thats all, GSL, SSL and VSTL are packed with epic, high quality games. Although DH A has some strong europeans like ShowTime, Nerchio, Snute etc.

Foreigner vs Korean and a chance for upset is always so entertaining Well...they are allowed to play, but they need to reside in a WCS region to play. Similarly, for the WCS Korea region, people need to reside in Korea (practically speaking) to compete in the GSL/SSL. Also, I guess people forget that TRUE is a Korean. Though, given the way he's played recently, it is understandable.
