The top GM players ranking 1st and 2nd on the Chinese server have records of 115-0 and 67-1 respectively on the Chinese server.
I don't post much on TL these days after moving to China, but these ridiculous records caught my attention after I decided to casually take a look at the GM ladder records today.
Who are these players? How did they obtain such flawless records without hacking (if indeed achieved without hacking)? Possibly Korean smurfs or is the Chinese server just that much easier at the very elite level?

I would think that even a top level Korean smurfing on the Chinese ladder would eventually lose a few games to some cheese by another high level player, so my guess is hackers.

That's what I thought at first, with the hacking thread being active again mentioning a new round of hacks.

Still, with perfect map awareness via maphack, I'm almost certain even a masters player could take off a game or two vs. soO by cheesing, especially after 115 games...
Anyway, could someone shed some light on who these #1 and 2 players are?

I dunno, how good a server is really subjective. As for me, I've been playing as random, at the low masters level, ever since WoL, and my personal judgment is that KR>EU>CN>NA. I was comfortably low masters (tier 2 masters) as random in my N.A. days, but now I actually have to be not intoxicated to get to tier 3 masters as random on CN.

Probably korean smurfs? Byun, jaedong, soo etc have gotten similar winstreaks on NA ladder before

Can people who don't live in China even play on the Chinese server? Would make smurfs kinda unlikely. And also kinda useless since the top Chinese pros generally play more games on the Korean server than the Chinese one so it's not even great practice.

I don't think people outside of China can play Chinese server. Not to mention most top Chinese players play kr. So I would imagine someone like time or cloudy or xy (idk Chinese players that well) who do well on kr could go to Chinese server and do very well since most top players don't play that server.

if he tanked his MMR the season before he can definitly get a high winstreak just to get to a decent masterleague mmr
