I used to be a fan of Blizzard, but now they're just another game studio. They happen to sit on some pretty interesting IP's, but I'll have no qualms about jumping the Blizzard ship if a game design studio comes up and shows us they can do the things we once expected from the Starcraft 2 team. Sorry about the rant btw. Waiting for your magic, girlscoutcookie!

One reason they aren't letting you log on to all regions with one client is that patching happens with i think a full days difference and if you patch in one, all other regions are fubar until patch is released. If you how ever as intended do install the NA and the KR client, you won't have any trouble. Your rant is your own, I don't think you realise how well Blizzard are doing what they are doing, if any other company was to have made starcraft II it wouldn't have lived 2 weeks.

No, I'm sorry I completely disagree. An AAA game should not force you to play the game in a language you don't speak because you happen to want to play in a particular region of the world. Splitting up the world community in separate servers with incompatible software is retarded in what's supposed to be a global e-sport, there's no excuse for that kind of terrible multiplayer architecture. Blizzard used to be a synonym for perfectly polished games until Starcraft 2 launched. Suddenly, we lost global play, clan interfaces, chat channes (for a while), online tournaments and online replays. You can wave the flag all you want, but the story tells itself.

chat channes (for a while) The only reason all of the above is true right now is due to Battle.net 2.0. Blizzard have already stated that they are working on ways to let people watch replays together and the rest will come as time goes by. Starcraft is a very new game and looking at how its used world wide compared to other casual titles, its doing pretty damn good, and only blizzard can pull that off.

You talk like chat channels, multi-region, and online replays are some awesome, never-before-seen next-gen features that the brilliant team at blizzard is working hard to implement. They existed in a 1998 game, and were cut out of a 2010 release because of terrible management and poor budgeting.

What you've been seeing since 1998 in battle.net 1.0 is but an illusion created by your wildest sci-fi hopes and dreams!
