Zocat, great work! It actually worked!
I switched from enGB to koKR with no problem but one. Strangely, I get Korean language in the game ;/. All menus and everything is in English, just the sounds (unit responses in the game) are in Korean! What the ...?
It was all in English previously before the 1.3 patch... any ideas?

oops
I switched back to enGB but still have Korean sounds in the game. What did I do wrong? -.-

OMG LOL a 1 line fix!!! And not even a full line. That is too amazing to believe. Owned, Pawned Schooled time to eat my words! HAHAH nice work Zocat. That fix totally worked for enUS to esMX.
The 18092 number can also be found in the versions folder (along with the rest of the numbers): C:\Program Files (x86)\StarCraft II\Versions\Base18092
Great idea to diff the bat file from the previous and I can't believe that change was enough to get this going. Which makes me think that somehow what GSC has built is a complete solution even for future versions. And now we know one more clue for the next patch. And why the HELL won't Blizzard get this done still baffles me.
Great job Zocat you get the huge kudos prize!! Even if you probably won't read this thread until the next patch given the fact that you are where I am, getting your SC2 FIX
Thanks to everone else for following up with verification that this is working and to Kishuu for posting the file for download.
And if you come asking "is there" and "where is a patch" I hope you get flamed for not taking the time to atleast read the threads when so many others are taking time to do so much more than just read.

This is annoying, but the patching battle.net problem has re-appeared... The edited relocalizer worked fine for me and for nada, but for Supernova and for TheStc... Well it gets stuck. TheStc might have some problems from having tried to use the old relocalizer (I deleted all traces of that as best I could but still), but Supernovas install is clean...
Yet it gets stuck at patching battle.net, and the old way of solving it (patching from Kor to US, back from US to Kor and then from Kor to US) doesnt work anymore...
Any ideas -_-? Windows 7 for both, unsure what nada uses. Win 7 for me too, but not a korean OS (all SC2 clients are native korean clients).

Just open the first link and wait 30 seconds, click the link, and do the second link after the first one completed

Oh alright, guess my build was too greedy. Thanks again for the help!

Hi I'm kinda confused here. I have a US account but I only have the EU installer (yes i have an EU account too), will this method help me installing a US client of the game without having to redownload the installer from Blizz again?

This program used to do that, yes. But it hasn't been updated to patch 1.3 so using it now would break your existing install.

Hasn't Korea got like ultra fast internet?
You could just redownload the NA client to be done away with until this gets updated? I think that's what I'm going to do, thanks for helping me make the decision Jinro. :3

Wait, if you use zocats way to relocalize and do it right. Will you get the korean letters and voice at the same time as before or only voice? What people are saying in here are confusing me and I want both not just voice.

I tried the Zotac fix, and I still had issues with patching after running the relocalization script. Then I tried running it on my clean EnUS install. Now I'm missing all the text in my EnUS Install D :

It works the exact same way it did before, at least for me. Used a korean client to connect to the NA servers.
