Weirdly I didn't use the mouse that much intensively, because I didn't play much the last two years. I thought these problems occured faster if you gamed a lot but apparently normal use is enough :/. I'll try to update the driver & firmware too, it's still playable so I hope a software fix will do the trick. I like the DeathAdder a lot (it's my third, first was too old, second died to double click problem at almost every click, third is starting to do it a bit) but I won't buy another one if I can't fix the issue. Does anybody know of a website that would have the statistics of problems from different mice? Because even though all mice can have this problem, it happens a lot to DA. If I have to buy another one it will probably be a SteelSeries (dunno the name but it looks like the DeathAdder with two buttons on the side and should be around 50-60$), anybody had similar problems with it? I'll also try the unplug / click a lot thing.

I can watch basetradeTV, I can watch Destiny. I can watch Lowko. But for some reason, Mana's stream wont load for me today. I've never had this problem before. It just sits there, with the circle in the middle, and doesn't load. I'm using chrome. Does anyone know what's going on? I can load the stream on firefox.

My laptop is an old Thinkpad X220, and it's been collecting dust for 4 years and overheating sometimes and I can hear the fans spinning really fast. Any tips, warnings, cautions, advice would be appreciated.

I had the same problem, but it was with most streams, I could only load Forgg and puck's streams and none other, just got stuck at the twitch loading screen forever. It went away for a bit, then came back, and went away again, no idea what's happening:O Using chrome as well.

If you want to, you could also replace the thermal paste while you are it. <-- EDIT: I thought about what I wrote here some more, and I bet this is a stupid idea. It's likely that you can get to the fan to clean it without disassembling a lot about the laptop, while for thermal paste you would have to invest a lot more work.

Right now I can turn on Rotti's stream, but not MaximusBlack's. I'll try clear cache and see what it does. Edit: Well after clearing cache, I can open Maximus' stream with no problem. Guess there was some plugin turned on by some random place I visited during the week.

It'd be easier to see what was going on with something like Fiddler running (but explaining all that is a can of worms and clearing is much simpler). I wouldn't understand it anyway. I'm just happy that it seems to be in order.

Go into your manufacturers control panel (probably nvidia control panel or AMD vision control center or something like that) Find the option "Perform Scaling to" in the desktop size and position subtab. "Enable" GPU scaling (instead of display). If this doesn't work, the easiest solution is to set your 120hz monitor to 60hz and the problem should go away instantly.

I have a Palit GTX980 Super Jetstream. Enabling GPU scaling did made it a lot better, just hadn't the time to test it further to confirm it is completely gone. Thanks for the help so far

HP Pavilion 15t Laptop Windows 10 Home 64 6th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U Dual Core Processor + NVIDIA GeForce 940M 2GB Discrete Graphics 12GB DDR3L - 2 DIMM 15.6-inch diagonal Full HD WLED-backlit Display (1920x1080) 1TB 5400 rpm Hard Drive It's $750 with these specs which is a good deal for me. I usually play on low graphics but wouldn't mind an upgrade to medium. Just wondering if this laptop can handle those 200/200 fights. Finally, do you guys know of any other laptops that are better specs, cheaper than this? Anything but Dell since I had a horrible experience with them...

I have a i7-950, GTX 780 and 24 GB RAM, NVIDIA drivers are up-to-date (maybe a mistake :D). I have a dual monitor setting and play SC2 in Windowed fullscreen. I always could play SC2 with 60 fps, as I'm playing in medium settings, with Ultra textures (and 1080p). The WoL and HotS campaigns played really smooth and multiplayer standard games with LotV play really smooth at 60 fps too. But for some reason I can only have 35-40 fps in LotV campaign missions (I just finished the prologue). The greater amount of assets on the map can't cause that much difference, right? It was working fine in the other campaigns too... Is this a common issue? I found several threads on reddit about this problem, but nothing to alleviate it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys! Edit: I'll try to play the other campaigns again and see if I have problems in them too. Edit2: I'm also using the 64 bit client. I'll try with the 32 bit one.

you can check cpu temperatures and clock speeds with a program like hwinfo ( www.hwinfo.com ) if you want to run it on second screen and make sure that you don't have a problem with them while playing

It should run fine, however your hard drive will be a huge bottleneck. I personally have no experience with Windows 10, since i'm boycotting it out of principal, but I don't think it should be an issue. To find a better laptop on specs will be pretty hard I think, since you will always have some downsides compared to other laptops. Especially when searching for pre-configured SSD setups, you will have a hard time finding something which is more valuable cost-wise. All in all I think this laptop is a pretty good deal, but * I * would definitely replace the 1TB HDD for a 256GB SSD (or 128GB depending your needs of storage). So your total initial investment will be 750$ + 80-150$ (changing a hard drive requires no special technical skill). You will have to install everything (drivers, windows, etc) on the new hard drive, so for that you'll need to do a bit of work. I guess it depends a bit on your initial computer knowledge if you want to do this or not.

I'm about to build a new computer and could get a i5 4690k at same price than a i5 6500. For which one should go? I believe DDR4 is more expansive than DDR3 but on the other hand MB will cost more for the 4690k because of the k. Amirite? Thanks Edit: just bought an i5 6500 as it was cheapest atm. (197€, vs 209€ for 4690k). You can still answer my question as I can still change my mind for free, thank you .
