I have a Linksys router being used as an access point to extend my WiFi. Could my problem be caused by the access point somehow getting reset and then defaulting to trying to act as a DHCP router? Would that cause networking issues for my other wired devices?

Two devices acting as DHCP server for the same network is problematic (needs some pro configuration), so yes. But an AP rebooting *shouldn't* reset its settings, so if you switched DHCP off, it should stay that way.

Are they the only keys that can't be bound? If you use a customized hotkey profile maybe try to bind them from the hotkey file here : C:\Users\username\Documents\StarCraft II\Accounts\*accountnumber*\Hotkeys replace the hotkey you want to bind with : =ForwardMouseButton =BackMouseButton

i just customized the keys the way you suggested. if i choose the profile ingame i get an unexpected error and sc2 shuts down. i can not even bind one mousebutton ingame not even button 1 or 2. the usual buttons work ingame even if i cant bind them. but the side button only work in windows

Guess we found the anwser, doesn't work for me either. I never realized because i have both side buttons bound to a global hotkey (warpgate and pause). Presumably intentional because they don't want you to to bind a mouse button to more than one spell? Not sure. Wild guess is global hotkeys can be bound to anything but non-global are for keyboard only.

I saw online that it could be a bios problem and not a battery problem. So... i would want to try the BIOS update before pulling everything out. Some have something like this ?

Also: which motherboad you have exactly? Maximus Formula VI? Even when I go to the support page (http://www.asus.com/support/) and type "formula vi" I have few options in there. It's EXTREMELY important to pick up the right motherboard! Anyway, when you select the right motherboard, select your operating system, select drivers and BIOS. Inside a ZIP file you should have BOTH BIOS file and an updater. Launch the latter and you'll be able to just sit back and watch the process. Takes few minutes usually. As for the issue, I'd personally say it's the CMOS battery. Hope this helps

I think it's the battery too but... i don't want to spend 4hours on changing a damn battery if i don't have to Also it feals weird to change the battery after two years. I bought new one but tried to look for an alternative when i saw where the CMOS was Thanks for your link

As for battery itself, yeah, a bit weird - but you might be just unlucky with it. Try updating the BIOS first. If you need any more help, just write here or send me a PM. Ok thx Will do but on the weekend. I don't have much time in the week and the computer can live with a bad battery/bios for a week FYI the battery is just up the second PCIE port.. should be located where "Formula" is written + Show Spoiler +
