Hey I have searched google and TL but can't find anybody that has this problem.
I bought my BlackWidow about a month ago and it has been working fine. But starting yesterday it started acting up, where at random times the keyboard itself will start spamming something like f85f85f85.. or whatever appears. This makes it unable for me to type and I spam the F buttons (F1,F2,F3, etc) to try to make it stop, sometimes working sometimes not. If it doesn't work, I have to unplug the keyboard itself. I don't know what could be causing this.
Edit: I reinstalled and uninstalled the Black Widow drivers and it has not fixed the problem. Also while typing this edit it occurred, where it was spamming 88888 and I had to go into starcraft and spam the f buttons in order for it to stop and finish typing this.

There is a macro function on the blackwido that records everything you do, and then outputs it afterwards. This is when you click on "alt gr" and "FN". And also check that you haven't assigned anything to the macro keys.

Well I have my macro keys assigned, such as M1 opening firefox, m2 opening task manager, m5 changing input language. But those aren't the problem. And I do not think the macro that you are talking about is part of the problem either as I almost never use those keys. It just happens randomly when I'm typing, and also just occurred while typing this.

I think you'll be better off looking for an RMA on it. I had a black widow ultimate a while back and had to RMA it because one day the q and shift key stopped responding and seeing as I play with grid that's kind of a problem lol. When I got the new one the / key will not go down, not even half way through, and after taking out the key cap I found a piece of plastic that belongs to the spacebar, so now the / is ok but the spacebar has to be hit dead center to do anything. Anyhow decided to get a better keyboard instead and found an awesome keyboard in the XArmor like this one XARMOR-U9BL is the same as the black widow ultimate, with cherry blues and light but has a better build quality and the ports are easier to reach but it doesn't have macro keys. You can also try the silent version which has cherry browns and is the one I'm using now.

I'm not sure if this is the same problem you have, but it sounds to me like it is.
I also have a Razer Black Widow.
A while ago, my equals key (=) would insert itself randomly. Not all the time, or every line, or continuously, but sometimes text would output like this (and this also happens during games when not typing etc)
"He=====y would you might playing me in ======= a 1v1?"
Admittedly, My solution isn't a good one...I unplugged it and started using a different keyboard for about a week. The problem was gone when I switched back.
I know it's not a good solution, but I just wanted to drop in and say this thing has happened to me as well. Hell, it might be a known issue to Razer...try an RMA

The beginning of this was what it looked like when my problem happened while I was typing this. Problem is it spams so fast it's impossible for me to type anything or do anything. I sent in a ticket, hopefully it will be answered soon...

uninstall the black widow macro application, while i had that installed i had nothing but troubles with the keyboard, since its, gone the keyboard works like a beauty

you need to clear the binds in the razer software that came w/ your hardware. just simply reset it to default.
i bound down arrow to a key combo without knowing it and caused problems for weeks till i reset the software.

I have a black widow ultimate and im also facing somewhat a crazy problem with the keyboaard.
How do you reset the binds from the fn + m? im facing major Input Output problems from the pc after i plug in the blackwidow (Imagine Caps On to type in lowercase lol)
If possible, what is the factory reset button. Maybe that would help my issue ><

It's easy to accidentally set up a macro to a normal key using the built-in on-the-fly macro key. Try reinstalling the razer software and reset it to default, see if that helps.

I've already tried that. Its empty and reset to default but its still crazy. Maybe its not the bind problem but I don't know. Extra note is that it makes the entire computer input output for the keyboard insane. Even my spare keyboard will be affected and a restart is a must to restore it. I hope a factory reset on the keyboard might work

I'm a little confused on what your problem is. Like, what is an example of what happens to your input/output? Also, have you tried uninstalling the drivers and the firmware? Or have you done the firmware update at all?
In the end I ended up getting an RMA and they sent me a new keyboard, and everything works perfectly fine, so it was indeed hardware problem. If your keyboard is still under warranty you can contact them and they can assist you, and if all fails do an RMA.

I think I'll perform a video recording to display the systems lol. Firmware and driver is updated to the latest 1.04 and 1.08. Uninstalling, well I can't be sure that I was thorough enough but I'll go down that avenue too.
About RMA, i wish i could. Its a review keyboard :V, no proof of purchase.

Out of curiousity, does anybody else get ghosting problems? When I'm holding ctrl down and press space, the space doesn't register.

I know the thread is pretty old but I'm having big problems with the Black Widow. For starters whenever i open the configuration drivers my language bar disappears and cannot reappear until i restart the computer (I have tried everything). My biggest problem though is the on the fly macro thingy... I might be accidentally pressing the conveniently placed combo of fn and alt sometimes. It's really spooky for the keyboard to have turned everything you have done for 5 hours into a macro and begin to write your part of skype conversations into the google searchbar.

Okay now. I think i may have found out why my "d" key stopped working. I took the keyboard in for a new one for this same reason and i find that the damn "D" key is still not working. If you have this issue with any of your keys that have stopped working you need to go into the NAGA program that is working in the background and go to the profile and see if the key is highlighted and set to a macro button. I didnt do this myself, I dont know how i set the key to macro, but the macro was nothing so it was looking as it were dead. Weird. But i just clicked on it and it works great. Set back to default function for the key and for two other keys that I see were "dead". Hope this helps!

I got a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 about 10 weeks ago. On day one the 3 key stopped working. How i fixed this was by going into synapse and clearing all the macros with that key in it. After that run Aqua key test to make sure all the keys on the keyboard works and there you have it.
