Also not so much space on that desk, that could have something to do with this You're probably forced into sitting at a bit of a weird angle and also using quite high mouse sens, ideal would be screen facing you directly and mouse/mousepad not at an angle (with a comfortable shoulder distance between WASD and mouse IMO)

It might not be bad. It's a question of ergonomics, sure it's probably playable but your body won't accept it for long.

In terms of body accepting and not accepting, I have a feeling my butt is absolutely angry at that damn old chair. Need to buy new one, but that's offtopic

I'm not anywhere being pro of course, but I was quite competetive in some games, even played with my old clan in ESL and my mouse was always like that. So I don't see anything wrong with it, everyone is quick to comment on something that does not seem right. Do what you gotta do for those gg's!

Red is noticeable quieter if you type lightly. Browns are just as loud as Blues but without the click. I've used both and I prefer the red ones over the browns because there's no tactile feedback making it more enjoyable to type. The downside to this is that it's very easy to mis-type especially during fast games like Starcraft. For me personally, I had a much more accurate typing experience on the browns.

I've owned a CM Quickfire Pro for about a year, and about a month ago the music control function keys stopped working, and I have no idea why or how to fix it. Basically after I press them (e.g. play / pause etc), I will not be able to Alt-tab or use any other functions until I unplug the keyboard and plug it back in. I really love using the keyboard because it has music player control keys, and would really love to know how to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance!

No idea, if you can't find a fix on the internet then post on CM storm's facebook or twitter. thanks for recommending i do this haha Anyway they replied me after the weekend Hi Alffla, The issue described could possibly be a key mapping issue or a software conflict. We suggest that you try testing the keyboard on a different system to see if the same issue occurs. Please also try changing to 6KRO mode, please make sure that the FN Lock is on (LED on) and hold N key + INS key and the keyboard will power off for 2 seconds and reboot. Please kindly update us after you have tried the above suggestions. Thanks, Cooler Master Support Team and it fixed the issue! awesome. still don't know why it started acting up though. oh well

I wouldn't really suggest Red switches for SC2, but that's just my opinion. I have a Ducky DK9087 with brown switches and a Razor Blackwidow Stealth with blue. I prefer the Ducky for Dota2 and Blackwidow for SC2, just my preference, but maybe it can help with your decision.

How is this board and is it worth the cash? Also I need to have a quiet typing experience due to people often in the vicinity when I type, I am unsure if i should go for Red's or Brown's? I do a lot of programming and a fairamount of gaming, would the brown's be too loud? I like the tactile feedback of blue's but they are way too loud so I thought the brown might be a compromise? Any help is appreciated, Thanks!
