About two weeks ago I started having random ''soft'' internet disconnects/interruptions (tel1, link and cable lights turn off and modem resets in 10-30sec). This happens at random times, at least once per day (usualy in the evening). I contacted my ISP provider, which told me they got issues in the area and to call again next day if the trouble was still present (also, I did unplug my modem when I did not use my PC, so I was advised against that for diagnostic purposes and modem ''health'' ofc.). After few days a technician came and changed my very old modem for a new one, it got a little better perhaps but issues still remained. After calling for 10 days, they sent the tech support again, only to be told everything is fine (they did work on the lines in the area till monday - 7days), they cannot see the interruptions on their graphs and said to contact them again if it still happens. I did not change any settings or install any programs in that time, the computer was scaned for malware and viruses and is clean. PC is connected to modem, no router. New modem in Arris (think 502g, not sure). I changed power and ethernet cables just in case.

What do the lights look like on the modem when it happens? The link/cable lights still turn off?
I doubt it's an issue with your computer, almost guaranteed an issue with the line provided by your ISP. Even if they did work on the lines in the area there could be an intermittent short that remains somewhere in your house or outside the house nearby.
But if they don't see interruptions on the statistics of the line on their end the line could very well be good. I would hope they're not bullshitting you about it because in my experience it sounds like a physical line issue.

Power, DS, US lights remain on; Online, link, tel1 turn off...then they turn back on tel1 and tel2 are blinking for a while link light is always blinking

UPDATE The problem is still present, however there is a ''solution'': if I reset the modem manualy (turn off and back on) about 3times through the day (about 5h intervals) it is fine and i don't get the disconects...
any ideas?
