I have recently started noticing that objects (mostly in the distance) in games I play have jagged edges/slightly flicker when moving That's probably just temporal aliasing, which game is it? It's much worse on some types of games vs others Also sometimes I notice even the font of in-game text is kind of blurry/with jagged edges. I have tried changing anti-aliasing settings both in game and from nvidia control panel but nothing helps Turn off AA in nvidia control panel then restart the game and turn off any FXAA in game (if it's just labeled "anti-aliasing" then it might be FXAA, LoL and sc2 engine does that for example) and see if it fixes that see this: (watch in 1080p and fullscreen) temporal aliasing is the worst by far in Wildstar out of all of the games that i play, but i downsample Shadow of Mordor (render @2.25x screen resolution, then scale down) to remove a lot of that on distance shots With latest GPU driver you could try using DSR for that game but i costs a lot of performance so it might not be an option

If you are trying to configure "program settings", maybe the driver looks for the wrong .exe file and doesn't detect the game, so try to do changes to the "global settings" page instead. Can you try with a different game to make sure nothing about the nvidia drivers is broken? First make sure the game does no AA and has ugly looking edges, then try to force AA in the global settings in the nvidia control panel. That should normally work and a "4x" setting is already enough to smooth out all edges in a game.
