i bought like 7 mouses and i think this is the most sensitive clicking one... it is very small, not normal mouse size, and very fast it was my dota mouse for a while but now i have a different desk and can't control it properly so don't use it (or maybe i just suck now i'm super casual) http://www.amazon.co.uk/Targus-Travel-Optical-Notebook-Desktop/dp/B008P9JXNS/ref=sr_1_23?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1448158760&sr=1-23&keywords=mini optical mouse again, it is a MINI sized mouse i'm not 100% sure its that one but whatever

basically the mouse equivalent of a mechanical keyboard There is no click, springy, easy to press [would be more easier with time], fully noiseless, infrared click detection, very comfortable A4Tech OP-200Q From my feelings it is about 800+ dpi, sensor is good, sadly there is no version of it with higher dpi sensor If comparing to some gaming mouses, Razer Salmosa had lower weight, 1800 dpi with nice sensor, slightly better glide, but i hated it just because of how loud clicks were. I like spring mouse switches more both because of comfort and silence

Another more extreme option would be foot pedals.
