Hi.
I got a huge problem with my new build computer. I was streaming some cs:go today, And the fps was pretty damn low. around 70-100. It hacked pretty much in the game.
My pc specs are. Intel skylake 7K. Nivida 970 4gb. DDR4 16gb. SSD Samsung 250 EVO 850.
This is a recent bought computer for like 2-3 weeks ago! Will it only have this low FPS?
I stream with OBS and i have it set to 720p quality. and bitrate is on 3000/3500. i have 100/100 fiber internet.
Do anyone have any suggestion for getting higher FPS in the game while streaming?

Make sure that you have proper FPS with OBS turned off first. Cbeck that you don't have random programs eating CPU when you're not playing.
Get some monitoring software (i use hwinfo a lot, www.hwinfo.com) and use it to check your CPU load and clock speeds. Your clock speed on the CPU should be at least 4ghz (4000mhz) while playing. Temps should be below 85c or so.
You can also check GPU load, temperatures and clock speeds.. You should probably see GPU temps below ~80c, clock speed somewhere around 1300mhz and if your GPU load is at ~99-100% then you're graphically limited, if it's much lower then the game FPS will be limited by something else (almost always the CPU)
If everything works 100% great and you're just losing most of your FPS when you turn OBS on then that's another problem and it's probably incorrectly configured

Make sure you're using OBS Studio.
