A few months ago I picked up a 1440p monitor. It's fantastic having such a large monitor now for gaming and Web browsing, but I have a problem when it comes to watching youtube videos and the like.
Having used both my 1440p monitor and my old 1080p monitor, the 1080p one is so much clearer for youtube videos that display at 1080p. Obviously it's not going to be as clear as I'd like on the 1440p monitor when it's full screen because of the upscaling, but do any of you guys have any clue about getting the video output to display at 75% of full screen (basically putting out the 1080p video on my monitor without upscaling it)?
Theater mode on YouTube doesn't get nearly large enough on my 1440p monitor for me, and fullscreen upscales. I'm looking for some way to have the video show up in the center of my screen (hopefully with black bars surrounding it on the outside for best viewing experience).
Thanks!
