To be safe you'd want any 5th gen and newer 2 core than clocks at 2Ghz or more in turbo, and ideally you'd have the lowest end dedicated graphics, but that one might just be enough. | ||

Since depending on the model, I'd estimate it to be 60fps average. But keep in mind that BW was always played at 24fps until remastered came out (impossible to go higher), and it played completely fine. So even 36fps should play smoothly enough, even though the engine is changed and there is no fps cap anymore. | ||
