Well... That was absolutely horrible...
Apparantly my doorbell is broken, and due to a nightshift at work, I didn't hear someone in the stairwell.. Missed him by literally 5 minutes... Called customer service (FedEx), and they told me that I could reschedule my delivery to later this day, for about 100 euros, reschedule it to be redelivered on monday or go and pick it up myself. That's easy, isn't it? I want my hoodie!
So, I went on a 1.5 hour trip to the pickup location, got my package and had to go back home in another 1.5 hours.
The bad thing? It was only the Rising poster... My clothes are scheduled to arrive monday...
However, here's a picture of the poster, going to buy a nice frame tomorrow:
Quick edit: ♥ the poster though:D

Same for me. Our hoodies are probably being all neighbourly right now in the back of some truck hopefully they'll deliver tomorrow and not wait until Monday.
Funny thing is that I just got an email back from FedEx, basically saying that they have no idea wth is going on with that order and that I should give them a call on their Dutch number, and 5 minutes later the update comes that the goods are in transit and left Paris.. I'll just assume everything is in order now.

everyone with damaged posters - we will send you a replacement at no cost. You can PM with your order ID, including a picture of the damaged tube and the poster will be nice so I can make our distributor aware.

Just got my hoodie today.
As a very skinny/tall guy, medium fits me perfectly. Looks great as well!

My stuff came today, just in time for a local LAN tomorrow! Huzzahs are in order.

According to the link I was provided with in the email it says my hoodie was processed at the USPS facility in Virginia Beach, VA on the 6th and subsequently departed the next day. However, since then, there has been no updates on its location and I'm starting to get worried. I know that once it passes the border I would be able to track the package using Canada Post's system but last I checked it wasn't listed in their system and so I'm fairly positive it didn't cross the border yet. Is there any possibility that it was lost? Or is the tracking just that bad? I was really looking forward to wearing my hoodie at NASL. If anyone had any idea what is going on I'd really appreciate it, thanks.
After calling USPS Track & Confirm customer service I found out that shipments with label numbers LNxxxxxxxxxxx are one of the cheaper international shipping methods USPS offers and as a result no further tracking information will be available once the item passes the point of departure (just noticed the TL store also says this when you check on your order status, my bad). I was also told that it might take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to receive my package so I guess it's the waiting game for me. Thanks to anyone who responded, I appreciate it.
Also, to anyone who lives in Canada and has already received their hoodie. Have you been charged brokerage fees or taxes? I'll be pretty dissapointed if my hoodie takes weeks to get here just to find out I will have to pay extra just to receive it, don't get me wrong the hoodie looks great but not $100 great.
Oh and before I forget, disciple you might want to change the inital post to further show that Canada is not part of 'international orders' group and is shipped through USPS instead of FedEX (aside from the **). I was a bit confused when my confirmation email said USPS and some people might be as well.

Stuff arrived today. God USPS gets shit done. Shipped yesterday or the day before and got to MN already.
Wore the Winged T-shirt shopping today and got a compliment, told them to check out the site. Put the keycap on my keyboard, have the lapel pin I'll have to figure out where I can work that in on my suit. Haven't opened the posters yet. The sweatshirt looks awesome but it was 95 today so hell if I'm trying it on lol.

I'm not trying to sound paranoid. I know all I have to do is wait. I've ordered tons of stuff from the states and used the postage system to send many items across the border so I have faith in the system. I was just looking forward to having it by NASL. Thanks for the reply, I'll be sure to post as soon as it gets here.

Received my hoody today, love it guys, also my posters arrived in prime condition thanks :D

I got my hoodie today as well. It's fuckin' amazing! Without a doubt the most quality hoodie I've ever worn... so warm and soft and snug and just excellent overall.
Incredible work, Liquid guys! I hate to sound smarmy, but I'll cherish this garment forever. There's no way I'm tossing this out, ever.

Ridiculous, my order still hasn't shipped. This is seriously the worst service I've EVER had when ordering online. I've received custom soccer jerseys from Liverpool in 2 days, and I can't get a hoody shipped? Extremely upset.

I got my hoodie yesterday and love it so far. Whats really sick is the tag has the elephant and also has a little quote "Do not hurt ESPORTS"

I'm not sure what to feel more sorry for...that your order hasn't shipped yet or that you bought a Liverpool soccer jersey!
I ordered the day the hoodies were launched and just received shipment notification an hour ago. Looks like we were just unlucky enough to be part of the last 200 to be shipped out.

Still pending shipment ;_;

Yeah im not really sure what happened? I was one of the first people to order a hoodie and it took forever for the shipment to process. It then took forever for it to actually get shipped and I finally got an email saying its being shipped way way after I ordered it and I see that somehow people already got theres. Seems like something was up with the system.
