So it's 3000 yen for a all-you-can-drink, could be worse imo.

It's around 32 Dollars, not cheap but ok for all-you-can-drink I guess.

I actually remember reading your website on BW way back when. Glad it's still around and kicking!

hello sugeo!
がんばってくれよ!

|
sugeo-sama! hf and share some pictures! I want to see some Pictures with Nemuke and Breek ;D

Awsome!! I just wish I was in Tokyo so I could to go - if there is a next time I and Im around Ill surely drop by. I hope this turns into a great success!.

3K yen is actually not that bad considering the "nomihodai" (all-you-can-drink) they are offering. I've had the pleasure of attending barcrafts and arranging a few myself, to do one in Tokyo would've been truely something.
|
3000 yen? That is not cheap at all. If you wanted to go for a nomihoudai it's better to go to an izakaya. I'd never pay more than 1500 yen for one (and ~1000-1200yen is the standard) but I guess the purpose of barcrafts is not just to drink to your heart's content
|
Thank you everyone
Yes, I meant "all-you-can-drink", sorry for my poor vocabulary I guess 3000yen is not that cheap as most of you will think, but I can not book whole "Izakaya" for the event as long as I can not say the place will be full. That is why I booked the "sports bar" that is not really cheap in Tokyo Japan but easy to fill them up.
Currently I am hosting the BarCraft for every single GSL finals. I am thinking increasing the number of this since OnGameNet and KeSPA came into SC2 world. Yes the price is not really good and I can not do something special at the moment, but if more people come and enjoy this event, we can do some good and price will go down since I have more choice of the event space. Let's get together and talk about StarCraft

TT I will not arrive in Tokyo until March 11.
|
I'm thinking about going...it'll be my first Barcraft 日本語もOKです!

|
Are you going to be doing something for the semi-finals this Saturday?
|
I was just thinking of starting a thread to get people in Tokyo together! Awesome!
I am a TLNY person but here in Roppongi on business. I might be there - but will likely have to be in Osaka as I am taking the GMAT test there the morning of the 10th. Would people be up for a Tokyo meetup later on -- say the weekend of the 22nd or 30th?
|
Too bad it is in Tokyo and not Osaka!
I went to a BarCraft in Osaka last year. I hope you guys have fun, though!
|
I wish I could go but I don't think I can be there, already have something that night :`(
|
Whenever I host BarCraft, I post it on TL.net so let's get together!!
see you guys tomorrow
|
I wanna see some photos! :D

Does anyone know a PC café here in Tokyo where I could play HotS?

As far as I know any Net Cafe / Manga Kissa in Japan don't have SC2. They don't even have WoW or D3. Still it may be possible to install and play on the fly thanks to the stream client, but some cafe will charge extra fee for using a seat with high spec gaming PC.
In other words I think all modern Net Cafes in urban area usually have decent gaming PC for MMO like AION or Tera, and the bandwidth is sufficient to play SC2. So there should be no problem. But I never tried.
