How the hell do you do this? I'd guess something like camtasia and flash media live, but I've never found a way to actually make them work correctly.

so its not just me that it is not workign for?!

This is pretty cool. I'll have to get up to B-/B on my ASL account so I can get owned in front of a TL audience. You're internet must be awesome to be able to stream and play without lag simultaneously.

Right... but for all those who were chatting away and not experiencing lag...
If the problem was simply from too many people chatting (which I seriously doubt), then the lag would be nearly universal. It was not.
Sometimes if it lagged for me (before there was 50+ people chatting away), I would refresh the page and the lag would disappear. Sometimes that wasn't enough, but if I exited my browser, re-opened it, and then rejoined the stream the lag would disappear. However, that doesn't mean either of those were necessarily the cause of the lag I was experiencing.
Point being... do whatever you think will fix the lag, but don't ruin everyone else's fun who isn't affected (i.e. stfu with the "stop chatting, it's making it lag") because you really don't know exactly what is causing the lag.

is it supposed to be on, or is it done, or what is going on?

according to the people in chat a few hours ago, he's done for the night.

that logic doesnt make much sense to me It doesnt lag for others.. why? probably because they have better internet connections/better computers
anyways today I watched the OSL finals from someone at mogulus, it did start getting laggy after a while -> mod cleared the chat->everything runs smoothly the guy who did it probably already had some experience with mogulus
maybe next time ret could have somebody with rights to clear the chat, that would be nice, Id of course do it if I have time

Racelnitar, you just fucked up my page layout.

I experienced exactly the same thing, after some time the stream would start to horribly lag without me changing anything, only after re-opening the site the lag would vanish. I am also pretty sure that it has nothing to do with my connection speed or pc...
