yea i heard that song b4. Kinda reminds of "Rap Game" of the 8 mile soundtrack and "Bitch Please, part2". Btw Obie Trice is sick , he deserves to be on Em's label with 50, G-Unit, and D-12 |

| Usually, people use the term "deserve" in a positive manner. I'm assuming that since he "deserves" to be on "Em's label" that it's a bad thing, however. One no-talent idiot after another. |

| even if u dont like rap u cant say no one on that label has talent. They are maybe the only rappers out now that dont go with all this shit about "flossing" like retarded Cash Money where EVERY Song sounds the same and Master P who sucks cock and could get beat in a battle by a fucking 5 year old --a |

| eminem has talent, thats for sure. the rest of the rappers these days, ncluding ja rule 50 cent, etc are weak [R]etards [A]ttempting [P]oetry..they seem to have the mind of a 14 year old, which is money, girls, cars, etc.. nothing original, nothing new, same old bull shit. only reason its popular is because most people who have no taste in music buy in all that mainstream pop crap.. |

Greetings:
Imperium: While I do admit punk does not take as much talent as say Joe Satriana style guitar stylings and the like, admittedly, that is a lot of what punk is about. Punk was basically founded around the principle of "hey, I can do that", hence you have a bunch of kids, living out their dreams by forming their own band and playing their hearts out. I would certainly agree instrumentally, haha, heck, if you listen to thrashcore and the like, I completely concur, there is little talent in bands such as: Bakunin's Children and Phobia (crusty/grind sort), or the "ever-popular" The Unseen (who are not as bad live admittedly).
Though if you look at bands like the Angry Samoans (still playing amazingly! not bad live either) or the Adicts (both of which have excellent guitars), it takes a mindset, beyond just thrashing 3-chord wonders, such as the Ramomnes did, on that fateful day in '76, but singing something that truly means something to someone (ambiguity = thx). The Ramones are still popular today (in fact, with the recent punk/emoboy trend, quite popular), but most of their songs I can probably listen to once or twice, pick up the rhythm, play around a few more minutes and get the chords for it. They are the epitome of the 3-chord wonders, but their songs last because they had a certain air about them (a "synergy, if you will. Christ I hate Management and Human Resources Terminology) which made their songs remain popular for decades.
Other excellent examples are CRASS and Flux of Pink Indians. By most, they are an accidental collision of a truck with instruments and entropy itself, but drunken instrumental playing aside, I have heard little other music that can truly make one "want" to get up and riot in the street more than CRASS or Flux of Pink Indians.
(I apologize for the rant (note: He's lying, don't listen to him, worms in brain, get help....), just defending my subculture!)
