With one week missed due to exam pressures, we are now back on track and ready to enjoy the GomTV Classic Season 2 as usual. This week we'll look at the results of the first Ro32, look at what's coming up in the future, and goggle at some progamer photos!

With the round of 32 under way, the maps have changed so that they now are: Chupung-Ryeong, Destination, and Neo Requiem. And with the exciting new maps, we get some of our most exciting games to date.

For the first match we have one of the best Protoss players around playing against young by.hero. by.hero has shown that he can beat Protoss, by taking down Nbs in his previous Gom match, but his record against top-tier protoss players are not as impressive. It will be difficult for by.hero to take a win, but many unknown players have pulled off miraculous victories in both this and the previous season of the Gom classic, so it will be interesting to see what he tries.

For our second match-up, we have a slumping fOrGG taking on SoO. If SoO ever had a chance of beating fOrGG, now is it. However, looking at fOrGG's results, this doesn't seem likely yet. SoO will have to play the games of his life to take out a top player like fOrGG. However, he does have the experience, and some high class wins under his belt, perhaps he can make it count!

The third match is where it really starts heating up, with two strong CJ zergs facing off. Kwanro made a name for himself a few seasons back by being one of the best users of zerglings in the game, a skill from which he will definitely benefit in ZvZ. EffOrt, on the other hand, has had some impressive wins recently, including wins over Hwasin and fantasy. Both these players are in with a real shot to make it further, and I'm sure we'll see some amazing games.

The final match, and the match of the evening without a doubt, is the Destroyer taking on the man with too many archons. sAviOr has shown impressive results since his fantastic win at Blizzcon, but he is yet to be truly challenged. This might be one of the biggest hurdles he'll face all tournament, going up against the PvZ specialist Pretty. Pretty recently dominated Jaedong 2-1 in the MSL, and while Jaedong's ZvP has not looked unbeatable as of late, it's still nothing to scoff at. If the Destroyer wins this match, I think it would be fair to say that he is back.

Ro32 - Day 2

(P)BeSt vs (Z)by.hero
(P)SoO vs (T)fOrGG
(Z)Kwanro vs (Z)EffOrt
(Z)sAviOr vs (P)Pretty

This week, I'll leave you with a photo and an interview from the arch-rivals. We'll be seeing much more from them in the future.

Interview with Jaedong

There's some pretty epic matches coming up this week, and it's only going to get better. I apologize for missing last week's write-up as some of the biggest games happened last week. If you missed anything you can always catch-up on GomTV's homepage.

Until next week!

Best is not facing the Protoss Hero from Fox, he was eliminated by Jaedong last round.
His opponent is the Zerg by.hero from Soul.
This information is incorrect in the Calendar and Liquibet as well...

Thanks, I was confused about that as well. I checked Hero's TLPD, and I saw that it said he had lost against Jaedong (the week I missed ), but then I checked the calender as well. Thanks, I'll have to change my predictions in that case.

We don't youtube/embed to GOMTV's vods. I think pop is working on having the links in TLPD.
I am not guilty of plagiarizing at all, however I am guilty of stealing ideas from researching and starting discussions frequently with much better players.
