What's the problem? It's not like ZUN can't work on danmaku games that aren't related to the Touhou Project. Seems like a pretty fun game, in my opinion.

yup D= I'll probably just keep uploading until some other circle throws another copyright at me. reuploading is actually kinda easy, tagging everything with artist/circle/original/etc. is annoying.
if/when i do have to start a new account, I'll probably just have the originals in the title to avoid the searches hitting them.

Edit: Also, some of the other uploaders have created alt youtube accounts, and told their subscribers to subscribe to that as well in case they get a 3rd warning. Many got a 2nd warning with the whole trojan green asteroid thing. Perhaps you could do this as well so your subscribers know where to find you if you do get a 3rd warning?
