| He put best in a position where he could do the only thing he is any good at... macro. All the while NOT macroing himself (refusing to expand, get machine shops etc) = a loss. Oh, and I wasn't a fan of his positioning in any of the battles. |

It seems like whenever Flash goes up against a Protoss worth his salt (or Best), he always seems to play this type of game when he pushes when his army is only marginally better than the Protoss army, but less able to rebuild, and all it takes to defeat him is a good storm or a stasis or even just some delaying tactics because if he can't do some major damage right at that moment, he's liable to be run over and lose all his tanks.
I think he needs to rethink his TvP tactics, because they just seem fundamentally flawed to me.Last edit: 2009-11-10 11:24:39 |

but dude, remember that all the greats lose at some point. it was a fluke, probly cause of map imbalance, or maybe flash wasnt warmed up, or something like that.
doesnt matter, flash won the ace match against the jung laden (no small achievement there)
and more importantly, KT has asserted their dominance in the purest form: they knocked down a team that before the season started, everyone thought was IMBA beyond belief.
so i actually see this as a great victory for the KT team (with a shoutout to luxury for his win vs bisu) |

| Wow. What a night. Probably some of the best games I've seen in a long time. As much as I hate fantasy, his first game was just fucking art. Violet vs Hyuk was incredible. Violet outplayed him in every sense of the word. When the DAs become standard, hopefully zero will be comfortably anticipating it . And that last game was just cherry on top. flash vs fantasy to top off a ridiculous set of games? Perrrfeeccttt. And flash totally raping fantasy? Even moorreee perfect!
