As far as I'm aware Roar and Whirlwind are both reflected by Magic Coat and I know that Taunt sure as hell is.
Dragon Tail does not get reflected but that's because it causes damage. |

and then ttar switches in, is immune to stored power, resists air slash and has high SpeD and has roar, well, mine at least.
btw, magic coat does reflect nearly everything, but you can't do anything in that turn too.
and a mold breaker pokemon can switch in on magic coat and murder it. Especially haxorus with dual chop, breaking sub with the first hit and doing damage with the second. |

Also I finally got my lazy ass around to beating the game, but had to buy a new router (we got ours from Windstream and it only uses WPA whereas DS will only work with WEP) just got it online. |

Actually, if you use Black and White on a DSi or 3DS, you can connect to Wi-Fi via WPA encryption.
Of course though, I only have an original DS and a DS Lite. T_T |

I've tried hitting the any key, but it won't lemme connect to anyone on the Entralink...do I have to have people ON my wireless connection or nearby or something? I thought you could do this shit over the internet? |

I like how I thought I had a nice team with Emboar/Krookodile/Eelektrik/Musharna and then I come here and realize I hardly know anything about Pokemon past the single player.

VGC is tons more entertaining and enjoyable then 6v6 Singles, for the most part. It takes a different kind of skill, as well. It's more competitive than Singles, too. |

Not for in-game, no. You only -need- to EV train for WiFi and real tournaments.

Just a question, for example my Emboar is currently level 50 with the following stats:
HP 184
Attc 154
Def 78
sp.attcl 110
sp.def 85
speed 86
Now when comparing to these stats with serbeii.net's stats at lvl 50 it seems that my embaor is not so good, I'm assuming this has something to do withe EVs and IVs. But I want know, how do you raise a perfect pokemon. For example, If I want a new emboar do I eventually breed one? |

You probably didn't specifically EV train your Emboar for specific stats; the max stats @ level 50 given by serebii are with max IVs and EVs in those stats (which you almost certainly do not have if you didn't specifically EV train it).
That being said, if you're looking to get the best Emboar possible, then yes you must breed for natures and IVs. Once you get a satisfactory Tepig, you EV train it. |
