Thoughts on winning Bisu and helping the team win?
-Compared to beating Bisu, the more important aspect of the game is that it’s the switch that started up the team’s victory. This makes me happy.
Your timing rush was very strong.
-I prepared a lot of strategies, but during the game, I decided that I would win for sure with a timing rush. Because the beginning harassment had good effect, I decided this strategy would work. I saw Bisu take a fast third, so I knew exactly how he was playing, so I just did a timing push.
You beat Yarnc, Stork, and Bisu for a three win streak.
-It’s nothing to be proud of. I’m just glad that I’m doing my part for the team. Also, it’s true that I feel a lot of pressure playing against good players, and today was the same, to the point where I can only feel the psychological pressure. Before, I had to force myself to unconditionally win, but now I have a more relaxed attitude, so I feel better now.
You’re about to play Woongjin.
-I don’t have anyone I want to play, but because I’ve played a lot of TvP and TvT, I kind of want to play TvZ.
Recently, we’re seeing a lot of Battlecruisers on Polaris Rhapsody.
-It’s starting to get boring. On a two player map, it’s hard to play an aggressive game, and everyone’s game has been elevated lately. Even though it’s boring, it seems like we have to play this way.
Last words?
-Thanks to my teammates who helped me practice. Happy Children’s Day.

Thoughts on getting two wins today?
-If we lost today, our momentum would be impacted, so it’s good we won. Perfectman could’ve won the game but he lost, which is a pity.
You had amazing control in the game against Soo.
-ZvZ is a matchup where you need to judge and react to a situation with Zerglings in the span of .1 seconds. I played the game according to my instincts, but I was also lucky, so I got an advantage. I was disadvantaged in build order and position, but my micro was better, which helped me win in the end.
How was the last game, losing two Overlords?
-I think I underestimated my opponent, who prepared well.
Did you prepare to end it with the Hydralisk rush?
-Yes. I thought “if this doesn’t win the game I’m done,” but it seems I was lucky. Of course losing the first Overlord was unfortunate, but my opponent only discovered my strategy very late. Also a Zergling that took down a Vulture with it was good. Of course, the most important part was when the group of SCVs died with the mine.
If you didn’t lose any Overlords, did you have any transitions after the Hydralisk rush?
-Nope. I wanted to win with the Hydralisks. I saw him float the Barracks, so I knew I needed to end it with the Hydralisks.
You seem to have a strong desire to win against fantasy.
-I didn’t really feel that until after I sat in the booth for the ace match. Memories of the previous failures recalled themselves, so I wanted to win with my style. I originally prepared a different build, but I just hoped to win with my own style.
Are you excited for May?
-During my slump, I had no problems during practice, but I had disappointments in the live games. Even though I’m still not perfect, I need to reclaim the feeling of ease I used to have during games. It’s also important to continue my practice and condition. I’ve been thinking about this a lot, and I feel like I still have a lot of room for improvement.
Last words?
-I didn’t actually know it was Children’s Day before I came to the studio, and didn’t know it was a rest day. When I came I saw a lot of fans, and after I asked someone did I find out it was a holiday. There were no empty seats left. Thanks to everyone, and I think it’s very important to have so many fans come cheer us on. It directly gives us strength, and I think we won because of the fans. Everyone’s saying now that April’s over, I’ll start doing better and are expectant, and I myself want to do better. I have a desire to get all wins in May. Also, the MSL Ro8 games are coming up, I hope a lot of fans turn up then too.
