Kespa permanently bans all players who were involved with the Match Fixing Scandal.
Players who were involved with match rigging and/or participated in bets themselves will all be banned from the progaming scene permanently.
Also, players who were involved with the Match Fixing will have all their prize and reward (aka Player of the Year Reward, Proleague Player Reward, Weekly/Monthly MVP Reward) all removed.
We also have 11 Players, not 9 who participated in Match Fixing/Illegal Betting

Does it really matter ?
I mean, most of them are going to do something else with their life or turn to Starcraft II.
Starcraft Brood War won't last for another 10 years.
The only shame is that they lose their awards.
As far as I've understood it, this Kespa corporation won't have anything to do with Starcraft II, if so, it's all for the best. |

| I support this. Must set a tough example to prevent match-fixing from ever happening again. I won't miss any of these players (maybe except for Savior, but he's way beyond slumping now compared to his prime). |

Are Savior's Starleague titles gone?
I would have rather had them 'asterisked' so people can remember and learn from this rather than completely get erased. |

That's quite the bunch of progamers if you see them written out in a list...
I was sort of expecting a permanent ban like this. Although 3 year ban would've probably had pretty much the same effect as this.

Pretty disappointing... Hwasin, Up... I've come to terms with Savior cheating but that many big-names. Bleh.
