Sure, I remember it also took me a while to figure out how. Basically, you have to go to this website:
http://us.battle.net/support/en/article/order-returns-exchanges and follow the directions. Click on the 'Contact Us' to file a ticket, asking for a refund. They do not have 'Refund/returns' as one of the ticket categories, even though they say submit a ticket for refunds, so I just chose what suited my reasons for returning the product. Here's a screenshot of the conversation that occurred:

I am disappointed with the endgame at inferno myself, but i will not force a return, the design update notes they posted adressed my issues and so i have hope they will fix the game sometime. I play Tera for as long as it takes them, at least there i can slaughter mob after mod. |
