| Not a lot...a core i5 2400 uses roughly 50w under full load and whatever GPU you pick will use around 150w or less. |

| thanks medrea, i really look forward to getting really high and playing sc2 with friends. I started two weeks ago on here looking for a prebuilt laptop, and you guys made me see that building my own tower was a cheaper and better way to go. thanks again everyone. |

I blame the direction gaming laptops have taken over the years. Right now they simply are not very mobile. They only have enough battery power to get you from power source to power source.
And they get often get so hot it is like having a penis panini maker. So you cant even put it on your lap.

Newegg has pretty good RMA service. If anything is damaged you will be able to get a new product for free + shipping.
