Idra shows great games. We just have to remember that the competition becomes more intense and more Koreans are showing up in foreigner tournaments. MMA, Bomber, Nestea, Polt are some of the top Korean players Idra had to face in the tournaments. It's not Idra's lack of luck - most groups are already stacked with Koreans and also open bracket is full of them. Idra would have to stay in Kr all the time to practice heavy to be able to compete with them at par level but Idra is the best marketing representative for EG. Unlike Huk, he has to stay in USA for all the tournaments.
Keep in mind that by staying in U.S., Idra is able to stream during "normal" times - not like 3 am, so people here can actually watch him - he is doing us a favor, especially those days when he did commentary (idk what happened to them).
IPL retarded decision was to make him play MMA right after Bomber- a set he could've taken. MMA has a top TvZ but that does not mean Idra could not take a game or the whole set if he was in a positive mood. The odds favor MMA heavily but still you should give a player time off to play at his best ability.
Idra also switched from muta style - he needs time to perfect it - I know myself how changing from muta to infestors takes time. Yes he does have so much more time than I do and he is superb in any way but he also has to perfect it down to details. If it was so easy, why zergs can't repeat Stephano style like Stephano does. His play is very promising and I really think given more time his ZvT will be as good or better than his famous mutalisk style.Last edit: 2012-04-07 23:51:47 |

| Greg is still bringing the heat despite losing. If the korean bbq didnt happen in game 2 vs Bomber he could have won 2-0. From there his morale was really down. I hope he does well in the rest of the tourny. |

I think this is one of the reasons I like IdrA so much more than Stephano. Whether Stephano wins or loses it seems like he just doesn't care. IdrA is so much more emotional that you can relate to him and feel for him. IdrA beats Huk-- throws his arms into the air and is excited. Stephano wins IPL3- little to no reaction.
