I'm gonna be applying to german uni's after july of next year, and hopefully one will accept me and i'll be able to get in for the fall semester D:
Nothing precise in terms of location/which uni, but hopefully near stuttgart, because I have relatives there. Or even better if its near netherlands, theres a hot chica waiting for me there ;D

Do you have any fighting type moves on any of your pokemon? (Superpower or something) specifically fighting type, not the elemental punches.
If not, get a fire type for Jasmine's stuff or something with ground moves (Dig/Magnitude/Earthquake).
For the gym leader on the island you have to go to (btw talk the women outside of the gym after you beat Chuck to get fly), use Gengar/Alakazam/Weezing(Pimple) all three will do very well against him. Get Weezing to level to selfdestruct and you can sacrafice him on the Poliwrath since it's pretty beastly to kill. Do not use Scizor/Steelix because fighting type moves absolutely wreck Steel types.
Btw, the reason I said Weezing is because he has super high defense with average hp and decent attack so he is one of the best physical attack absorbers in the game and a good sludge bomber and exploder. Koffing learns selfdestruct at lvl 19 and evolves to weezing at lvl 35 if you have the patience to grind him up there. He's pretty useful later on because of Sludgebomb w/ stab and Explosion but keep him in your party as basically a last resort since Gengar/Alakazam are way more important so if they are getting low hp (I.E. if alakazam psychic doesn't ohko switch him out because most likely 1 hit to Alakazam from Poliwraths surf would put it below half hp).

Yeah I'm gonna level all my pokemon to a high level, just like my fire red playthrough.

You can evolve him as soon as you want. His 2 learned moves that you would ever use (Megahorn/Earth Power) are learned despite using the moon stone. So go right ahead. Nidorino looks stupid compared to Nidoking anyway so gogo.
Also, for basic info/best move sets for pokemon use Smogon for the best learnsets/nature/ability and Bulbapedia for when certain moves are learned/weaknesses/what TMs they learn/pokemon you need to breed with to get certain moves. |

Poliwrath wait until lvl 37 to get Belly Drum then teach Waterfall/Return and Substitute.
This way you can Substitute (try to come in versus things he's resistant too like water types) Belly Drum up (boosts attack really well but you lose half your hit points and by boost attack I mean it makes your attack go up 6 stages) then Return vs things that are resistant to Waterfall (return is strongest if your pokemon is happy fyi it's a beastly move) and waterfall vs things like rock/steel/ghost types that are resistant to return (it's a normal type move).
It's the best set imo for an attacking pokemon and its hard to stop with subs up, at the least you can take out 2 pokemon that normally wouldn't rape him (psychic/electric/grass own him).
Something fun you can do is go ahead and evolve him and teach him substitute/level him until he learns dynamic punch and mindreader and teach him waterfall. i like the mind reader/dynamic punch combo because mindreader makes sure moves never miss and you can use sub to get a mind reader up. chuck will use mindreader/dynamic punch combo as well.
