OK Scarlett Johansson = WORST BLACK WIDOW EVAR!!!
Black Widow is supposed to be Russian, not American. Sorry but that doesn't fly with me. Also, Chris Evans as Captain America? WTF? Why not Matt Damon?
Anyway, yeah this movie looks awesome. Maybe they'll use the Masters of Evil? Baron Zemo? Ultron? Skrulls? Loki? Hopefully not Dr. Doom. The actor who plays Doom does him NO justice.

Correct and here is the thread. And I think Chris Hemsworth pulls off the Thor look, and I don't think he looks small because he is pretty muscular.

Apparently the Infinity Gauntlet (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infinity_Gauntlet) is going to be in Thor, so it's a safe bet it will some how play into The Avengers storyline.
I highly doubt they will use Thanos as a villain, as cool as that would be, because he is too strong for The Avengers. But maybe it will be Loki with the gauntlet plus some other type of threat, maybe Loki controlling Hulk.
Skrulls are mostly Fantastic Four villains, but I guess they could work. I doubt Marvel is going to use them for The Avengers.

If you haven't watched "The Losers," I urge you to do so and reconsider your criticism of Chris Evans. The man is simply hilarious, and buff enough to maintain Captain America's superhero image. Honestly, he's the number one reason why I'm looking forward to this movie. |

Cap needs to have a presence of authority and you have to believe that he could be a field commander for a bunch of dudes way more powerful than him.
I haven't seen Chris Evans ever in a role like this and I'm skeptical that he can actually do the character justice. I don't even think he auditioned for the part, Marvel just gave it to him. He has the looks, but he needs to drop the comedic aspect of his delivery and give us a performance we have never seen before if this movie is going to work. |
