Moving to Arizona in August. Don't know if this thread is dead or not. Feel like I am gonna get a lot of hours in cause of the heat for the first couple of months. Anyways just wanted to drop by and say whats up.

You arrived just in time for monsoon season. The scene is kept alive mostly through monthly tournaments circulating through facebook. It's a handful of players, around 20 or so, of all different skill levels. Every once in a while, EG pops into one of the tournaments and dominates it though.

I was born and raised in Mesa for 16 of my 25 years. I was on Alma School and 6th Drive. It was great growing up, but now its just a shit hole in that area.

Once you start moving towards the west side (if I remember correctly), it starts to get a little more laid back and nicer. Towards the east side, you're going to be hitting University ave/baseline and start getting into that section.

Then you'll have 7th ave/st which cuts off between Mesa and Phoenix and then you hit a more crime related area.
