We all have lived enough that we have picked up a few tricks in life that saves us time and/or money, or makes life a little better.
In this thread, let's share these tricks to make everyone else's life a little bit nicer!
For instance, I'll start off with a few of mine!
-Don't pass trucks who are in the left lane on an interstate. They only are in the left lane to pass slower cars in the right lane. So moving to the right lane will put you behind the car that the truck is passing
-If you are at a restaurant or fast food place like McDonalds or Subway, and you are going to fill up your soda or carbonated drink, put the cup as close to the nozzle to reduce the foam. I hate waiting after someone who doesn't know this and keeps pouring out the foam. Doing this way will fill your cup 90% on the first try.
-If you are on some 1-800- call-line for support and are in an automated message loop, and want to talk to a person, just spam *0*0*0 etc... and it usually does the trick.
-Cracking an egg on a flat surface will reduce tiny shell pieces.

-always buy your shoes in the afternoon because your feet swell up during the day. if you buy them in the morning and the shoes are already tight, they will not fit comfortably as the day goes on.
I don't understand the first truck thing. Can you explain it better?
Also the spamming *0*0 doesn't work for all systems. But each system usually has shortcuts like that http://gethuman.com/ usually shows the tips on how to do each one.

As a zerg player I pride myself on multitasking. When I am pissing I can singlehandedly open the toilet paper dispensor with my left hand (it's on the right) put the tube into the roll of paper and replace it before I am done pissing.

when your on a two lane freeway and there's a big truck in the fast lane, they are passing another slow vehicle. so if you try to pass the truck on the right, there will probably be an even slower vehicle in this lane.

1) If you are in a hurry and see a yellow light that you definitely will not make at a 4-way intersection, pull a "Hartsfield maneuver":
-Get into the right hand lane. -Make a right before the next traffic comes (right hand turns are legal on red lights ^^). -Get into the Left hand lane of the new road. -Take the next available U-turn. -Get into the right hand lane going the opposite direction on that new road. -Make another right onto the original road (right turns are still legal on red lights xD).
2) Cooking is like doing a timing attack Build Order. -Pick some stuff you think will go good together. -Use some utensils to micro the individual pieces. -Don't let your macro slip or you will lose the game. -Make sure everything is ready to go at the same time. -Mass games until it's perfect. -If all else fails, download some pro replays and copy their builds.
3) If you are lost, only ask people who look normal questions.
