Depending on where you live you could get anywhere from 144 ms to 265 ms to Korea, Although i don't know if Bnet sets a standard Delay (which is very likely) which would again add to your latency, but lets be serious, having .8 to 1.2 seconds of delay isn't instantly game ending in sc2 yet.
If you can find a "nice" korean whose willing to use their grannies ssn to activate an account for you more power to you, tbh you shouldnt need a korean ssn to have a bnet acc in korea, and you shouldn't have to purchase a korean client to play on the server but w/e. |
