Would I be deemed the worst person in the world if I said I liked To Zanarkand (FFX) more than any Ocarina of Time song, despite OoT being my favorite game of all time? I also really like the soundtrack to oot as well, but damn, Nobo Uematsu is just a genius.
Oh, and Amusement park stage from Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 has to be up there too.

I can actually play this on the piano, too! Haha my proudest musical accomplishment considering the only other things I can play are Hava Nagila, the typical Heart and soul stuff, and the Beverly Hills Cop theme song.
Edit: Can also play Ruff Ryders Anthem by DMX lol.
i would probly have to go with the super mario world ending song as one of my fav songs in all videogames !!! also full game soundtrack is probly sc bw because that music was out of this world !!!! either that or earthbound music !!!!

I just had to reply to this post, although it's nearly a year since it was posted, cause I know how you feel so well. I was also quite young when I was introduced to Guild Wars through my brother. I remember watching him play and I was stunned by how amazingly beautiful and interesting this game was. I remember listening to the main theme and the factions theme for the first time and basically fell in love with the music. Since that day Jeremy Soule has been my favorite video game music composer. I also love the work he has done with Skyrim, the music alone is enough reason to play that game :D
Apart from Jeremy Soule I also really enjoy most of the music from Blizzard's games

I would have to agree with To Zanarkand, though I also like Sad Romance as well from FFX.
Some of the Halo track, Shadow of the Colossus, and KH as well. So much. There's a lot of older 8 bit songs that I think would be absolutely gorgeous if recorded with a full orchestra, like Chrono Trigger.
