Co-op Partner Finding Thread!!!

This guide guarantees you the fastest wins, by no means is it the safest and easiest, but you will get the fastest wins. If both players have all enemy probes or workers running around, one of the people in party will leave (if it's after the 5:00 mark) and the computers will both type out.

Protoss
The easy way to do it is with a cannon rush (10 pylon, 10 forge). Send the probe that returns the first set of minerals to their base, and build a pylon on the bottom of their ramp, at 100 minerals build a pylon on the highground, and cancel it when it's about to die. Make a forge, after the forge, another pylon on the highground, cancel it when they arrive, make a cannon the bottom of the ledge, once it finishes place a cannon (or a pylon if your cannon is well protected) and advance farther, once you reach their mineral line you have won. Make sure you don't go slow because they can mass up a marauder ball quickly, no other real tips here.

The other, in my opinion better build (double 10 gate), because it works on maps where their ledge is far away from their main. Pull your first probe that returns cargo, make a pylon on low ground right near his base, followed by the pylon on top of his ramp, after you cancel it, make a gateway, then another pylon on the top of the ramp, after canceling that one make your second gateway, and your second pylon to support more supply, and start chronoboosting your zealots out, engage when you have three. Use the rest to kill the one zealot that will come out, and you are done. This build works so well that there is no real advice, just make sure you are pylon harassing him, as it makes a huge difference.

Race specifically, don't do the cannon rush against zerg, the double 10 gateway build kills everything, regadless of positions.



Zerg
Zerg does the same build against every single race. The first drone that returns cargo goes to your opponents base to gas steal, make a spawning pool at 7. Keep stealing the gas, and cancelling it over and over, however be very careful if you have a terran opponent on a map where the two bases are together, as workers will attack his SCV building, so cancel earlier than you usually do, or you'll make someone not-so-happy! When the spawning pool is making, create an overlord, and when your spawning pool finishes you should have just about 150 minerals for the zerglings.

Keep constant zergling production and start killing your opponents base. I don't like engaging your opponents workers directly, rather target their pylon/depot, which will make them pull their scvs, pull back when they arrive, or pick some off if they come in small numbers. Engage their workers when they have no army, and you have 10 (12 if your harass sucked) zerglings. Zerg is really easy to do, so the end was mostly trying to maximize the best time.

Quick tips againsts specific races. Againsts zerg, snipe their spawning pool right away, before engaging anything. Also remember you have a drone in their base to make a spine crawler. Againsts terran keep a few lings near their barracks to kill the marines right away.



Terran
Terran. Without a doubt the hardest race to rush with. Well all yours builds should start the same. Make SCVs till 8 supply, when you have 50 minerals and your 8th SCV is building (give or take a bit depending on the map), take one SCV to your opponents base, in meantime, make a supply depot in your base. Also send another SCV to their base after your depot is building and you have 75 minerals~. Make a depot on their highground, and cancel it when the opponents workers arrive, make a barracks with that SCV right after (next to ramp, duh). The next SCV will arrive shortly, and now do the depot harass with this one, follow it up with a second barracks. The barracks are both made at 8 supply. Once your first barracks finishes, do one last depot harass. Now marine micro takes over.

Dealing with zerg is probably the easiest terran match up. Their first attack unit is a queen, and a while later comes some roaches. You don't need a bunker or anything, just keep engaging the drones which will make them come to you, then pull back without taking damage. The queen comes out when you have 4 marines, and the 5th on it's way, and by pulling the hurt marine back you shouldn't lose anything. And with that just keep killing drones, once you have maybe 8 marines roaches will hatch 1 by 1, and you win.

I've been playing with lots of random people for co-op, and wow, nobody can do TvT, while it really isn't that hard, just follow the same process as TvZ, and keep the damaged marines back, no bunkers or anything.

Now TvP is probably the hardest, after you do the depot harass 3 times, make your first marine, and a bunker on the low ground. He will have no zealots while you only have two marines. So simply keep attacking a pylon to seduce the probes, and make them waste more mining time. When the first zealot arrives, flee to the bunker, he will chase you, and kill him, once hes dead youll have 4 marines, almost 5, and another zealot will be there to greet you. 4 marines vs 1 zealot micro shouldn't be too bad, and your marine force will keep building up till sending zealots one by one is useless and you are free to go for his mineral line without any retaliation. However, there is a difficult situation on 2 maps in the map pool, their base is really far away from the ramp, and you can't lure them into the bunker. Now without a bunker, it's next to impossible to beat them, so I recommend you switch opponents with your allies, unless he's also terran (LOL). What you can do in that scenario though... I don't have a exact time, but after a while, their probes stop attacking structures within their base, so at maybe 4:30 you can sneak an SCV in and build a bunker in their base. Keep running your marines around until the bunker finishes then run inside, also a good idea is to bring your other SCV to repair as they do sometimes pull their probes to attacked the finished bunker.
