No, experience only affects game performance.

Does the player potential you speak of mean that they can learn all the skills well or are players predisposed to have an easier time in certain skills?

Zzzzzz, The new players on each team makes it harder to snipe people. Because they have like 15 or more players atm.

Ya I noticed in my division people are playing their new players even though their condition is down to sub 95%. I think itll take the rest of the season for all the new kinks to iron out from the free agency. On the site I am tslStrange.

edit: I have already sacked 3 players with 4 more on the way.
