It's the Hare Hare Yukai dance from Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu. Haruhi is 16 years old, the rest of the cast (5 people total) should all be 16 or 17 years old. The Hare Hare Yukai dance is frequently performed at cosplay conventions and stuff like that. I guess that's where you should place Ezreal: a cosplayer.
