I can 1v7 insane computers by abusing the AI. It's no worse than he did though. You simply build 1 reaper for each of the computers and continuously attack their base and run away. Does that count?

Yeah they are. This has been done times and times before though. It's a common fault in the AI where the computer will not attack if he's under attack (And even turn around no matter how close he is to your base). It takes several hours to whittle them down but it's easy to do.
I have seen several posts about this and most mention without exploit. Before I do this I am just curious if this is an exploit.
