I am currently watching his interview with JP and I have to say he could talk about the shape of a cube and I would still love listening to him. Insanly eloquent; he could host any talkshow and would probably be succesful.
That he is an amazing player needs no mention, everybody knows that.

There was a TV documentary about Grubby. The OP definately needs this! Was pretty good filming him at his home, talking about his life and such. They also did interviews with his family. Don't really know where to find it though
