You would think that with all the latest gadgets batman has he cant build one of those voice synthesizers. I think it would be a nice tribute if batman saw one of those darth vader helmets and went "aha!" |

holiday killer and calendar man are two distinct characters:
see here and read it if you can.. it's a nice soft-core crime story...
nolan is a great filmmaker ("memento" and "the prestige" are his greatest achievements, go rent/buy those, they are awesome),
but movies take at least 3 years of hype nowadays... so dc legend = 5 years for every movie + Show Spoiler +(Nolan's take on the beloved rodent is the only acceptable one when it comes to "movies with people in tights")

I don't want it to, but I think it'll suck. Far and away, the performances of Aaron Eckhart (Dent/Twoface) and Heath Ledger (Joker/R.I.P.) made Dark Knight the most amazing Batman adaptation I've ever seen.
Bane doesn't talk? Catwoman is almost solely for sex appeal? Anne Hathaway's best performance is Brokeback Mountain?
Nothing points to this movie being anywhere close to DK, let alone Batman Begins (which was AIIIGHT, not that great).

EDIT - Never mind, was going off of the TERRRRRIIBAD Batman & Robin movie where Bane is a dumbass meathead, I wanted to do the shit out of Poison Ivy, and Shwarzeneggar made me /facepalm more times than I can count... -_-"
