Some system specs might help to diagnose this... and this should be in the Tech Support forum BTW.
Anyways, some info will help (fill this out)

First to pick nits, "advice" is given from someone who "advises"
On topic, try reading through their help section (http://www.gomtv.net/faq/index.gom), as "doesn't load," is the vaguest of technical descriptions and will only garner canned responses like "reinstall the Gom Player" |

| If you email GOM support, odds are they will respond. I emailed them twice in the past, and have gotten responses within 24hrs both helping me with technical problems. |

I'm from germany so i guess such a little mistake should be forgiven. The load icon at the start of the video appears and after that nothing happens. It just "loads" endlessly. |

Can you post a screenshot or give a better description then simply "doesn't load" ???
If you are seeing the GOMtv.net logo then there is a problem possibly with a firewall / internet security software not letting you connect to the GOM streaming service (as this logo appears BEFORE starting to connect to the stream / VOD)
If you are seeing the GOM foot logo (video loading screen) then there is possibly a deeper problem that can only be explained by someone that knows the intricacies of the GOM protocol.
Honestly, if you've updated your browser versions / FLASH then the only true way to get tech support would be to go to the source of the problem. There are a bunch of geeks here at TL, but none of us can come up with a true solution apart from guessing at what the problem might be. Yes, we might get it right after a while of "poke and hope" at the problem, but your best bet will STILL be to send in a ticket to GOM support. |

| Had that happen before, for me it worked by relogging and spamming the play button a couple of times! |

If you are running an ad blocker, consider disabling it and seeing if that fixes anything. The newest GSTL VODs have ads before each match, blocking the ads might be causing the hanging issue.
So far the only ad I have seen is for WoW and there was always a "Skip Ad" button to click which promptly took it away. |

I also had some problems with the new player. It loaded fine, played the add, I could skip it if I wanted, BUT: Everytime I wanted to pause to preload the VOD, it started at 0:00 after pressing play again. Pretty annoying because I had to watch some of the games with buffering every few seconds... |

Good post. I wish I had known this back in S1 when I had no idea why the VODs weren't loading (I was seeing the gomtv.net logo and it was indeed a firewall issue). |
