Why can't people just accept that Naniwa, Huk, and Stephano are all very good and there is no way you can put one above the other right now since all their results are relatively comparable. None are so far beyond the other in any given month that the title just seems silly to give out. Fanboys are annoying as heck. Just cheer them all on without being stupid about it and your favorite player would have even more fans(Eg: the Stephano haters who only hate him because of his overly biased fans).

Both NaNiwa and Stephano are currently ahead of HuK imo. That's my opinion though. Both NaNiwa and Stephano have more impressive wins then HuK has recently. HuK has been in a long slump and only reason he did good @ MLG Winter Arena was because of his easy bracket. Im only telling you the truth. HuK really was among the best when he won Dreamhack and MLG but after that he has not been impressive at all. Maybe he'll come back though.

If you saw MLG Providence NaNiwa easily took care of HuK. HuK didn't stand a chance. I honestly think it's just bullshit to put HuK up there with NaNiwa and Stephano considering how poor HuK has been doing recently.

Huk beat Ret who beat MVP. Ret is on fire and has a very good ZvP. He also beat one of the best PvP'ers in the world(Oz) and Socke who isnt too shabby. He lost to two of the best players in the tourney who I believe also beat Naniwa. Nestea/MVP both arent playing great lately and Leenock has terrible ZvP. So what part of Naniwa's opponents are so much harder? A little maybe but not much.

Stephano lost 4-1 to Polt. Huk lost 2-0 to MKP. Stephano's series was closish despite the score and Huk had chances to win both his games.

None of them(Or all of them) deserve the best foreigner title. Naniwa is 0-10 in GSl and Huk has actually won there. Which results should we include?

I personally wish them all luck and hope one of them somehow manages to win GSL someday(wont be Stephano since he refuses to try but meh)

"Huk beat Ret who beat MVP" lol what an argument. What players Ret beat before doesn't count at all. The only thing that counts is the actual match between HuK and Ret. It was Ret who beat MVP.... not HuK. Besides zergs might be stronger against MVP than what most protosses is. You would have to let HuK meet MVP and see who wins before drawing any conclusions. And HuK haven't beaten MVP (NaNiwa has though).

NaNiwa have beaten NesTea (3 times), MVP, Leenock, DongRaeGu.

HuK managed to beat NesTea 1 time. Other than that he haven't beaten any of the obove players.

I feel like your in denial wanting HuK to be up there with NaNiwa at any cost. NaNiwa is better atm and if you can't see that then you aren't very good at analyzing performances/results.

When i see NaNiwa playing i see really thought out play and very intelligent decisions even on the fly. Excellent forcefields and timings. He knows just when to attack and when to fall back.

When i see HuK i see a smart player with the potential (i remember how impressive he was a while ago back when he won events) but now i see a HuK that is very unstable and honestly not that impressive. You could also see how nervous he was on camera at MLG Winter Arena. He doesn't feel stable at all. I get the feeling that he don't have a thought out plan for his games. Maybe he has but it sure doesn't feel that way. It's not the same determined HuK as you could see in the past.

It's NaNiwa's time now. And he is impressing the crap out of me. It's rare to see him make any mistakes.

If you watch Huk's stream, I have never seen him lose to NesTea once. He beats him quite often, actually. Plus he HAS RESULTS in the GSL. NaNiwa does not. So while I do not think HuK is better, deciding that he is worse due to one tournament is definitely not a powerful argument.

But that's on his stream. That's online. In a relaxed practice enviroment. It's different beating someone online compared to beating someone on a LAN-tournament with all the nerves + the fact that it's just practice matches where there's no money at stake and you don't have to give it your all.

So how far did HuK get in GSL? Not that far i guess so what's the big deal? With the players NaNiwa have beaten he has the potential to really far in GSL.

Im not deciding that he is worse due to one tournament. Im deciding he is worse due to the fact that he hasn't performed for like over a half year or more while NaNiwa finished 2nd at Providence beating you know what players and yet again @ MLG Winter Arena beating big name players. At Providence he also beat HuK easily.

HuK hasn't impressed like NaNiwa has lately. You can say whatever you want but that's the truth. HuK surely has the potential within him but he's been in a real slump for some time as you might know?

Silly to try to compare Naniwa and HuK, they have different strengths and styles. And after all, they both lost to the exact same people (MKP and DRG) with exact same score in the MLG winter arena (Funny enough also Parting lost only to MKP and DGR). Their difference in the final standings is just due to the bracket layout.

That being said, Nani's play in MLG was phenomenal at times, regardless of some funky situations.

Yeah and his play at MLG Providence was phenomenal aswell so it was impressive that he could bring that skill level to the table again.

If only he could do so in GSL Code-S ^^

Because he's the same guy who insisted on asking Naniwa about some personal issues even when knowing that it was uncalled for... just to stir up some drama, which is the exact thing he lives on.

That wasn't anything special. Just like NaNi's probe-rush wasn't anything special eighter. Your overreacting just like the community did over the probe-rush. Sure it might not been the best question ever but atleast NaNiwa got the chance to answer it and silence any rumours that might of been going on out there.

Both NaNiwa and Slasher likes to troll ENJOY IT!

Yeah the interview is great and really great questions! Thanks Slasher. Iv'e never really understood why you get so much hate

Because he's the same guy who insisted on asking Naniwa about some personal issues even when knowing that it was uncalled for... just to stir up some drama, which is the exact thing he lives on.

No I didn't. When I did that, it wasn't on purpose, and was just a follow-up question, albeit in poor taste. I apologized to him personally and publically directly after, and that was that.

It was actually kind of funny imo. Totally out of the blue and NaNiwa was like "what the !@#$ O_O" XD

Gotta love NaNi's facial reactions at times.
