From what I've read from Liquipedia Artosis said Clide is the Light of SC2.

Especially at the end there where he was literally crying in tears from how happy he was and supportive of his parents - that's a truly beautiful and amazing thing to see, that he has so much passion yet is so cutthroat and emotionless during games.

Light is the current Terran Ace on Woongjin (MVP's old team in BW), and they're good friends. He also has, arguably, the second best TvZ in the history of BW. Seriously, Light's TvZ was utterly amazing in BW. His TvP, however, was garbage for an A-teamer.
So no, Light is FAR from the BW Clide. I have no clue what Artosis was smoking when he made such comments.

I was pretty mad after game 5. When the observer highlighted that squirtle had 20 food of his army left doing fuck all on the island I wanted to flip my table. Alas MVP showed us that he has balls of steel that 7th game :D ♥ |
