I dont know about anyone else but I am experiencing major lag on the EU servers ( Don't know if it is happening anywhere else ). Is anyone else getting this or am I the only one?

It looks like a problem with VM ( Virgin Media ) and Blizzard, Similar problems are with WOW servers as well.

I had a game yesterday where I waited for 5 seconds for a move command to commence. And earlier in the morning I had a game where I hammered that Y on my siege tanks but to no avail. (Zealots have nothing on rines, so w/e)
It seems to be rather spiky lag. |

| Just so that everyone knows my lag isn't normal lag, I get waiting for server and then time skips foward a couple of seconds. Which makes it impossible for me to play atm TT. |

I suspect there are problems with your internet with Virgin. I'm also in the UK, and also using Virgin, but I'm further north (West Yorks).
I used the same speedtest site as you did using a server a similar distance away, and it came up with the following result:

I'm on the 20mb connection, and there are several PCs being used on my network so it's safe to say some of the bandwidth is being used by other people - but the key point here is the 2mb upload. Yours is only showing 1mb, despite being on a faster tarriff, so that's clearly wrong.
If I were you I'd get in contact with your ISP, if nothing else to discuss your upload speed.Last edit: 2011-04-25 03:13:02 |

| World of Warcraft has seen a lot of latency/disconnects for Virgin/Bredbandsbolaget customers, probably the same reason. Any traffic that gets routed through telia seem to experience packet loss and ping-outs. |
