| Bomber's ability to break anything in TvT is just 0_0. His usage of unsieged tanks and marine splitting is just mind boggling. Definitely my new favorite! |

Add me in. His series vs. Idra was amazing.
Thanks Bomber for not resorting to terrible and pathetic shit like marine scv all-in with bunkers. Because of that we watched two amazing ZvTs, where it felt like the battle of an Immovable Object vs. Unstoppable Force. Really admire this guy, I hope he gets all the success!Last edit: 2011-10-17 06:18:46 |

Some excellent games, very sad he's out to Idra though.
Didn't really agree with the strategy in the last game, felt like he had better macro over the course of the series but the mass marine on meta just restricted him so much as the game progressed. Had he gone for a style more in keeping with Antiga I think he'd have won out.
Being late on scouting Hive timings and tech again didn't help either.
Lots of fun memories from this MLG but it's a bit disappointing he's not walking away with at least a medal from it.
Oh well, huge respect to Idra, and back to the GSL and perhaps Providence for Bomber ^^Last edit: 2011-10-17 06:28:46 |

Coming straight from the IdrA fan club, I just wanna bow before bomber. Playing nothing but macro games against IdrA produced one of the most entertaining series of SC2 I've ever watched.
Fantastic games! Too bad he's out, those games were worthy of a finals. |

*sigh*, what bad news to wake up to. T^T

Good effort given how exhausted he looked going into the Idra series, played better than most but not as as well as he can. I hope he finds a way to bring more consistancy. Nobody can smash a tank line like bomber! (many many of my forces have died horribly trying to emulate it :D) |

| if he had played more aggressively in his idra games - and by aggressive i dont mean 2 rax or 3 bunker rush -, i am convinced he would have won quite easily. but i think he wanted to win vs a zerg in epic macro wars |

An Mvp without carpal tunnel and a consistent, on-fire Bomber are the two of the scariest things I can imagine in Starcraft 2. |

| Bomber is kinda strange lol. He plays straight out macro vs Zergs when that's straight up wrong. Zerg is the macro race. They should have much more stuff if you let them expand and drone up yet Bomber manages to match them with his Macro. Imagine if he played zerg lol. He'd be maxed by the 10 minute mark lol. |

I was initially saddened by Bomber's performance at this MLG -- I wish he'd at least gotten a medal -- but then I hit myself in the forehead and recalled all the truly amazing games he showed us this time around. G1 against Sheth and G3 against TheSTC were remarkable; even though he lost the latter, I damn near shed a tear at how much it looked like War3 on speed. The series against IdrA was also amazzinnnggggggg; again, even though he lost and although I don't particularly agree with his no-pressure TvZ strategy, his macro is downright inhuman. How the hell can you keep up with a Zerg so well with no harass and 0 drone kills? Also, the turret rings in G2 were hilarious and made his base near-impregnable; I hope he goes for the massive Flash-like turret defense in the rest of his match-ups now, actually, because of the way it wards of muta harass so effectively, and in TvT and TvP, I imagine it can pretty much shut down any and all drops. I trust he'll treat this MLG as a great learning experience, and I hope he had a great time as well. The crowd looked spectacular from what I saw of it.
Ggwp, Bomber. Looking forward to Providence and the next GSL season. Last edit: 2011-10-19 02:33:51 |

His TvZ high macro style aiming for lategame is quite unique. Not a lot of terran have the confidence to do this instead of trying to cripple zerg early. Pretty danm hard to play too, i'm waiting on MLG Orlando replays to seek some builds. :d

| Gotta sign me up- even as an IdrA fan, I've got a great deal of respect for the way Bomber played those games, and he made himself my new favourite Terran- his macro is stupendous, and I like his style, too. |
