Don't like the sound of the "possibly for good"
Might've been incontrol. He said he didn't want to do SOTG because of this stuff and then did it right after on ITG. He may be done with these shows all together, but just a guess.
Also, I find it HIGHLY unlikely that djwheat will just stop doing itg and lo3 forever (2/3 of his shows, undoubtedly more popular than kot) because of this drama. It's where djwheat im assuming makes some of his income and probably atleast enjoys doing these shows. Last edit: 2012-10-30 04:38:35 |

That sucks, i enjoyed the show. I wonder if it was wheats decision or maybe the hosts were just tired of getting shit for taking the time to interact with the community and share their opinions.

I wonder what would prompt them to quit the show completely. I mean there has been drama just as big if not larger before. I can't imagine enough people cried to sponsors for Monster or someone to not want to help fund the show anymore. Maybe people did cry enough to make wheat and co., quit but seems hard to believe. Maybe he's just being dramatic and sad trying to make those that ridiculed the cast relentlessly feel bad? A passive-aggressive power play?

i mean. incontrol is great on itg and what not, but it's not like the show couldn't continue without him. you still have Idra, PainUser and of course Wheat himself, and i'm sure Wheat of all people has the connections to find a decent replacement for Geoff. i would def prefer ITG to just go on the way it has though, it's awesome for the most part aside from this drama debacle. |

Every major sport has tons of drama and it makes for good stories, as much as people complain about them. All the "drama" threads are usually filled with posts and garner tons of attention. People need to stop crying and thinking the community is too dramatic and realize drama sells and it's never going to go away. Also, completely agree with mememolly.

I never said that Drama was bad, drama can be quiet entertaining. It's just bad when the community thinks it has to react, force their opinion and harass pro players/sponsors/etc. |
