The op stands for operator. The account called teamliquid will always be the operator of the channel, meaning it can ban and kick people. Also, I believe that on iCCup, the first person to join a channel gets ops of the channel as well, until he leaves.
In ZvP, if a protoss cannon rushes your natural and gets behind your minerals with two pylons blocking the middle cannon off, then probe jumps over the minerals and places another cannon such that it can hit the sunken you would otherwise place, what is the correct response? Would it be to cancel the hatchery and go for a different expansion, or a hydra bust, or what? (assume FE to get the cannons out early).

How do I search for a game in BW...? It just seems to be chat channels with people looking for games... I assume it's too late for new players to play if there are only high level people searching?

There's a join icon on the left, where you can choose a game, or enter a game name+pasword. You can try to agree with someone prior to the game in the chat channels. Best way to find a game is to be hosting one (ie using the create icon), but for people to join your games you more or less need to forward the port 6112 (google it or someone else will link). If you are on ICCup, join the channel "op teamliquid" and try to ask some help. As for the level of play... No it's not too late. There are some pretty bad people on ICCup. But it's pretty clear than to stand a chance in more than 1/20 game, there's some effort required to learn the game. But if you're willing to put a bit of effort soon, there's some good chance you can enjoy the game and get a decent win ratio =)

Depends on when you socut it really and ur build. Most of the time you can use lings + drones to buy time then build sunkens as sunkens outrange cannons. Very rarely is a cancel needed (unless u are really greedy and went osmething like 3 hatch pool or scout it really late) Protoss has lost 350(assuming 1 cnanon) minerals so it usually ends up advantageous to the zerg i think.
whats the correct way to deal with 3hatch b4 pool on tvz? how would i react if i scout him first/second/or last? if i scout him last and continue with the 18cc without applying pressure would i be behind? why do zergs do this and what kind of advantage do zergs get by doing this? does this slow down or speed up 3hatch muta/lurk? if i cant pressure whats the best way to follow up? how do zergs usually follow up a 3hatch b4 pool?
what are tips for double muta micro? do you hotkey the mutas on 1 and 2 or 5 and 6 because the keys are closer to the H key?
what was that match where jaedong did double muta micro vs a terran? and are there any fpvod examples?

Blue Storm ? And to the guy asking about 3 hatch before pool, I'm not really qualified, I believe you can't punish it if you 11 rxed, so you should just 15 nex and proceed on with it.

There's little to no advantage unless you're doing a prepared build. IMO it only strengthens lurker timings. However, whenever a terran sees this he laughs. Please see the following VOD to find out why Zergs don't do that. Also, if you're dojng 3rd hatch inbase, the larval advantage is probably very little and will only serve to fuck with your timings more than not.

No. The only thing that changes the gas timing of a one base protoss is the number of gateways.
