and that's not even true, pros analyse replays for builds, discuss them etc., of course pros also watch tournament streams but mainly for entertainment and cause they are obviously deeply involved into the scene, but just from watching some livestream you will not learn anything on a professional level
really? so its impossible to learn a single thing about the stephano stlye through a tourny? not all tournaments give out replays, like say GSL, so by watching the GSL you can still see the game and most of the time the production tab is up so you can still get just as much info as you would from a replay and then theres also little tips and tricks you can learn like NesTeas burrow trap VS the blink stalker all-in there are tons of things you can learn even for a pro by watching tournaments
I agree. But I would bet a lot on Stephano almost never watching GSL.
Im sure stephano didnt watch IEM or not a lot, he was just considerate and not streaming to not take audience and when i say that i mean it, since the beginning he has always done that to avoid taking viewers or conflicting with big tournies. |
