I wonder many types of crazy networks that are outtheir, and people find them. I wont be surprised if pedos, drugdealers etc. have some sites that go from mouth to mouth, and are impossible to find, without being able to find someone to tell you about it.
And since this undernet thing has become public. I wonder where alle the people will go. I expect most ppl wont go to that network anymore, since so many ppl know about it now, and are browsing it. It will probably just be trolls now.

A snuff movie is a movie where a person is killed for money, where the money comes from then selling that tape. No such movies are thought to exist, and should it exist I'm quite sure I would have seen it by now.
That said there's a lot of really awful accidents, murders and manslaughters caught on tape and available here and there (The Dagestan one mentioned above is really gruesome). I would mention a site or two but... yeah, you probably shouldn't go look for it. No need to go to a TOR network anyway, it's perfectly legal and available through your average google-indexed pages.

As I said above, no, it does not exist. However there's a lot of murder videos. You know the threads which touch on mexian drug cartels? Yeah, they tape a lot of their murders (probably as a warning, possibly as a brag, idk). Then there's the decapitationvideos of hostages in Iraq. Then you have Chechnya rebels and the Dagestan incidents and all of that stuff.
