iCCup does not want a part in the tournament, therefore it will be on USWest like TSL2. I will be editing the prize breakdown in shortly.

anyone who's resourceful enough should be able to find one... especially now that sc2 is out and many people quit bw.
I found 4 useable cd keys (1 never getting cockblocked) which I all found off google searches. Just gotta go deep into like the 30th pages or random forums. |

BW stuff is always worth checking out, and foreigner tournaments are no exception. Definitely gonna be watching this once it starts to get rolling. |

| Just to notify everyone, #L2/#LL with the plug-ins have different latency than iccup launcher, so you should make sure you practice on west if you qualify instead of on iccup. |

| if you have a really good connection to your opponent you can use #L1 which is basically single player, so even on extra high it would still be good. |
